Hello. My PUBG Mobile account was hacked on July 1st. After the hack, someone linked it to other social media accounts and changed all the information. I completely lost access and can no longer log in. I have already contacted official PUBG Mobile support through the proper channels. Why is the game is lagging so much

I found out that the tutorial button from spawn island didn’t dissapeared after starting of the match. Also all signs such as “you have become the ace eliminator” and “welcome to the neon outpost” remained on the screen until my death. Also the map doesn’t show where transformer bots are and where are the carnival air drop. It repeated several times. I would like to know why and receive compensation

Why is it necessary to have a great connection to even load the game? People having average internet will never get to enjoy the game to that extent. Please pubg fix the ping issues i cant change my internet just for a game. My internet is good enough to load yt videos, scroll reels, talk online. But just for the game it sucks ?
