Creation lobby error
This map is designed for 5 players,however spawn devices used are 10 as 5 for matchmaking will be disabled and 5 for round start..so why it's all type displayed 25 and wait 30 sec and than 8 and than wait 30 sec and than 5 and 30 sec wait and than start..plz fix or remover creation lobby

Lately, the matchmaking time (especially in Duo TPP) has become extremely long – sometimes taking over 2 to 3 minutes to find a match. It didn’t used to be this bad.
What’s going on? Is this a known issue, or are there some changes to the matchmaking system?
This is seriously affecting my gameplay and making it very hard to push rank efficiently. It’s frustrating, especially when I’m actively grinding for Conqueror....

Waiting menu for players
Hi, before the game didn’t have a player waiting menu, but recently it was added in an update. How can I remove this menu? I want the game to start immediately, without waiting,There’s no such menu in his version; it’s strictly 2vs2.I'm writing in this channel because wow support just blocked me for asking a question.

The game is designed for touch controls, yet many players exploit KBM setups for unfair advantages: superior aiming, movement, and control. This leads to absurdly high kill counts (40+ per game), destroying competitive balance and frustrating legitimate players.
Despite official policies against these "unauthorized accessories," your anti-cheat system seems ineffective. What's worse, many prominent streamers openly display KBM setups via handcams and even sell these accessories to their viewers. This normalizes cheating and broadcasts that such behavior goes unpunished, eroding player trust.
We urge you to prioritize stronger KBM detection. This means advanced input analysis, peripheral detection, and refined behavioral analysis to flag unusual performance. Crucially, enforce severe, consistent penalties, including bans, for KBM users and especially for content creators who promote and profit from these unfair practices....

New airdrop giveway event issue
In the new event, I collected the needed 10 vouchers to spin the crate, but cannot do it since it's "Not available in my region", written in the blue chatterbox message at the center. Is this a bug because there are too many people in this page or is Tencent too broke to ship any of these rewards to my country (Brazil)? I knew I couldn't get anything other than the in-game t-shirt so I just wanted to get the t-shirt.

My account (UID: 51204985169) was hacked. The hacker changed my name to "scamerpubg".
In panic, I used a cheat tool once — not to gain advantage, but only to force the hacker out and stop them from using my account. I now understand this was wrong....
Solution:
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....

hello , i was away from PUBG for umm few months , 3 or 4 i think , importantly when i came back i used the gmail/phone number link to login to my account and when i enterd my account i was shocked to see ( this account does not exist ) like i am entering a wrong gmail , i told myself that i somehow forgot the password and and , but i tried everything possible and i could not enter using the gmail/phone number link , in the end i used Twitter to log in to my account , and here i took the shock , my account's gmail was changed , which means someone hacked my account .. HOW ? my friend list got deleted and my UC got spent ... HOW ? i mean to change the gmail to get the code right ? HOW ? i never gave anyone my gmail , i gave my pubg's twitter link to someone to use it while i am away but i never gave them any of my gmails or even the phone/gmail link , i could change the hacker's gmail using my phone number , and this was the fake gmail ... i just wanna know how it happend so i can protect my account in the future in another way other than that secondary phone protection
( the fake gmail is the one in the photo , also sorry some of the content is in arabic )
i am getting crazy trying to find any way someone could enter my pubg account through the gmail/phone number link AND change the gmail
