I am writing to report that my account has been compromised.
Since 2023, I began receiving emails notifying me that my account was being accessed from Turkey. However, I am located in Mexico and have never authorized any logins from another country. I attempted to change my password to prevent further unauthorized access, but unfortunately, my account was banned shortly after.
I have already reached out via email, but the responses I received were automated and did not offer any real assistance. I also submitted an official appeal, which was unfortunately denied. I am simply trying to recover my account....

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....

This map is designed for 5 players,however spawn devices used are 10 as 5 for matchmaking will be disabled and 5 for round start..so why it's all type displayed 25 and wait 30 sec and than 8 and than wait 30 sec and than 5 and 30 sec wait and than start..plz fix or remover creation lobby
