If your account is on Safe Mode, please tap the "Go Remove" button and follow the instructions on the screen to remove it. If you are unable to do so, your only option is to wait until the specified date.

It tells you that you can’t play any match’s for one day because a lot of people reported you as a cheating of auto aim or anything else if you think you didn’t cheat you can file a claim in there
