Valorant is capped at 60, without vsync on, checked nvidia control panel & amd adrenalin software

Device : ROG Strix G15 Laptop Display : 144Hz Only Valorant is capped at 60fps, everything else seems to be fine. Display is set to perform at the highest refresh rate and all the ingame video settings are also turned off ( Limit FPS ) Also game recognizes change is Refresh rate while i switch between tabs its changes from 200+ fps to 60fps locked....

Disconnect every first match Session

EU ping issue

Out of nowhere yesterday I started having higher ping than usual, getting 90-100 ping that doesnt move at all instead of the 20-30 i ususally had 2 days ago, even in the lobby the pings are all messed up, and it doesnt even matter what it shows because whenever I load into a match (even if im on the same server) i either get the bad 100 ping or if im lucky i get 30.

My account was gold then someone hacked my account I am now radiant.

I have recovered my account but I am Radiant and cannot que with my friends. I don't wanna rank down and get reported for either being a thrower and a account buyer. I am wondering if someone knows how to get back to my original rank or remove the restriction?

Idk if this was suposed to be happening, or if it's an issue, because a while ago i could test all agents there. Was this suposed to be happening or it's just a bug?...
