frame drops
CPU wait GPU time graph spikes causing frame drops and if game is running in the background causes mouse cursor to lag for a frame

I was claiming the free skin and 19 hours later , I still didnt get the skin , so to make sure I was enrolled in the giveaway I went to the same website to check if I had missed something , I then logged in again , and it asked me for a code as usual only this time , the email was something i have never seen

Minimap size issue
For some reason, my minimap is like 2x smaller then what its meant to be. This started happening today, it was normal yesterday but no matter what i do its not reverting to the normal size. Its currently on 0.9 rn but even when i change it to max size it stays smaller than normal.
game not loading
hi, i need help on my game, its been stuck on a black screen and sometimes it shows the loading screen (the one with phoenix and chamber) i restarted and it still gets stuck, sometimes it starts but freezes whenever i try to do something. π
range bug??
everytime i got into range mode or practice mode all the agents are unless i alr have them so i cant try new agents out
Suspended for no reason
I got disconected mid-game, and couldn't load in for a while, trying restarting etc, but stuck on loading screen, 20 ish minutes later i got this warning. Keep in mind I had nothing else open.

Restart your pc and give it a try
