Need to redownload update after every login/starting up riot client

I have this glitch where everytime i exit valorant and reopen it i have to redownload the 23gb update again. its really annoying because it takes around 20 minutes to update and that takes too long

Ban and other issue

I got banned for 3 MINUTES for supposedly using external tools to gain an advantage in-game, also, I get this error almost every time I enter the game and I have to enter like 5 more times for it to let me play, it also kicks me out of the games because of that error. I need immediate help, please.

Inverted mouse?

Starting today when i load in valorant then click anywhere it turns the cursor upside down pretty much inverted its off in settings and its off in my pc settings i have the logitech pro superlight not sure whats wrong.
