(STILL BROKEN) System Critical Error - NO GUIDES ARE WORKING

I don't know if this is the right place to discuss this (I am running out of options and I am desperate)
BUT
I have been trying to play valorant again after not playing it for a little over 6 months but I keep getting the "System Error - A critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated"
I HAVE TRIED OVER 12 GUIDES AND LIKE 5 YOUTUBE VIDEOS ...
van restriction?
i get an error saying i need to have version 19041 of windows and it exits val , but my version is already 19041?
fps info on top right of screen now even when valorant isnt open
this is always on the top right now and idk why it started randomly
"Couldnt install required dependancy"
I've restarted twice, retried many times and verified my game files.

hello i tried launching valorant but it gave me this issue, i tried turning my pc off then on, cause that's what it told me to do, but it didn't work so i tried deleting valorant then reinstalling it, it don't know what to do, please help.
Solution:
- Open the Task Manager > Details tab
- End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services
- Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program
- Uninstall Riot VANGUARD...
