Getting very bad lag spikes

Hi!! So I recently upgraded my computer to 7800x3d, 32gb 6000mhz cl30 ram, and 5070 ti, and for some reason i am getting very bad stutters that make valorant almost unplayable. Does anyone have any idea what causes it? Here is an image of the frametime. Thank you!...

So 2 Days ago, I played a swift game with my Friend, I played it fairly, the next Day when I logged in it says that I got banned for third partying with a Cheater which is not true, what can I do to prove im innocent, is there a way to show that I didn’t play unfairly? Please help I got hardware banned, I never installed any Cheats. Please help.

VAN 9101 error (fixed)

Every 10 minutes while the game runs i get this error, “This build of vanguard cannot run on untrusted machines. please start your computer and try again. Security violation #00000020”. i have tpm on, i have secure boot on, i reinstalled the game and vanguard, i dont have anything off in my windows security.
