so im having the same issue as a previous post here but theres no fix ive recently installed a 5070 and my crosshair looks all messed up

Rage cheaters in my comp game
I just got two rage cheaters in my comp. They started rage hacking when i called them out in the second round and vanguard didn't do shit about it. I just lost 27 RR because of a lazy anti-cheat. I swear riot better give my RR back or i ain't ever touching this game anymore.
weird aspect ratio
its my first time playing Valorant and whenever i open the game it is either is uncentered or in a 4:3 aspect ratio, i use a 1920x1080 16:9 display and I've tried redownloading, changing around the full screen and windowed mode and nothing helped. I haven't had this issue in any other game and i cant find any solution to this
