VAN | RESTRICTION SECURE BOOT

Usually this account is perfectly fine with no issues. but now im running into this secure boot issue...
Solution:
Click on enroll all factory default keys
Click yes for both options...
bug fade scanning
i used fade when i cast scan and hit enemy at first like normal and next round i just realized that i can see chamber go anywhere only on map during round i found this by accident
Require directx component??
Valorant is installed. When I try to play valorant it goes to
Directx component required to run or somthing like that...

Change “TPM Device selection” to “PTT”

i used an unknown site of riot for free skins and cause of that my gmail id ,username , everything completely chnaged...
Current issues | Proposed measures - Account safety, False ban, Cheating
Lately there is an issue involving "false bans". My friend was sort of a victim of that. The first point of view was that no cheating was involved on this account. Only one comment was given by Space Gecko - "So the account essentially went from normal play (wins here, losses there) to only getting wins and high average kda and reports also spiked at the same time". This did not clarify anything, since he didn't confirm nor deny if any 3rd party software was involved in the ban. But when another ticket came in confirming that there is also an HWID ban, both PCs used for that account did not have any restrictions of any sort. So the first point of view shifted to the second point of view - if cheats were involved, who got the hardware ban, maybe compromised account?
Issues:
- Not enough clarity about bans
- One sided support (Takes too much effort to get a tiny amount of information)...
couldnt install a required dependency
I had the riot client on my pc before, tried updating it, this came up. Uninstalled vangaurd, didnt work. Contacted support, did the DDU thing, not only did it not work it got rid of my gpu on my pc for 2 days. Please help, I cannot install vangard no play the game.
