Valorant Error

I've tried all that I can find to fix the "this build of Vanguard is out of compliance with the current system settings", im on windows 10 and my pc does not support secure boot nor tpm, I cannot open bios either . Although these were not supported on my pc, I was still able to run Valorant for the past few years without getting this error message at all. Please let me know if there is any way I can fix this. Any devs could review if possible - False banned -Third party apps, wont let me appeal

Riot will not let me do the personal ban discussion thing and it just says automated response, I'll stay banned but its like a page and underneath it says if you would like a human please submit a ticket but i can't? because it brings me back to the start, and also I made 2 tickets 2 days apart using the vanguard issue thing with this info under: which then they never responded. and just solved both tickets?
