When I submitted a ticket to find out what happened, turned out that I was telling to my teammates about how I have been doing poorly in-game for the past few days after a 4k clutch, and have used the word "bottom frag", while the game detected the word as "bottom xfagx" which was not my intention and would not make sense under the context.
