PING ISSUE MUMBAI SERVER

I am getting very unstable ping from now a days in PUNJAB , INDIA . every 5 sec my ping goes from 39 to 140 and 25%packetloss.

Pc spec suggestions

Recently my pc has been acting annoying by crashing both my screens and pc when I try to run a semi big game. It even closes down roblox. I'm currently looking for a new pc that can run most games like Valorant, CS2, Hoyoverse games and other normal steam games. Is there any recommendations for some pc that has the specs I need? I have no experience with comparing CPU/GPU with other pcs. I'm mostly interested in buying one from an Elgiganten or etc other electronic shops in Denmark. And if possible, keep the price around 1.000$ or under. (basically around 8.000 in dkk)...

riot mobile app icon appearing in friends tab question

Maybe a stupid question but if it shows that the person is away for a very long time is it likely to be a bug? If so it still means that the person opened the app at one point right? It can't just appear on its own?

Solution:

Showing away on mobile means the app is open in the background.

dear riot games, please dont make us lose rr if we have bad teammates. im going 20-8 every match but my teammates will be around 8-15. also have 0 gamesense, now i lose all my rr because i have to almost go solo against 5 smurfs please fix this bro i mentally cant do this anymore please
