i manual start vgc too and it still dont work...

What must I do to have my screenshots work when I take them in Valorant?

so everytime i try to launch valo on EU servers it gives me a connecetion error with the error code VAL-79 (see in pic for correction) and i already tried restarting my pc my client and i even reinstalled valo and windows 10 but nothing seems to be working and idk if the servers are still down or if its a problem on my end. please help
Everything is delayed/buggy only on some accounts.
So i have 3 accounts and this problem occurs in my 2 alt accounts but my main is completely fine. I don't get how this problem is account associated. Also i searched on google and found that a person posted the exact same problem on one of his accounts 7 months ago in this server. I will also be attaching screenshots of his problem here.
So the first thing i noticed was i couldn't 'Request to Join' my friend. It was not receiving on his end. When i invited him, then i was able to get in his party. And that too i could tell because it showed on the right tab otherwise i couldn't see him in the lobby unless i switched tabs (like click Home and then Play again)
Second, when we queued, others were already in agent select whereas i was stuck in lobby (i could see my party members having 'In game' tag). It would only let me in when the counter was at like 30. And when the game would finish, we all would be in the lobby but we couldn't queue again for like 2 mins because it showed 'In game' for me even though i was in the lobby (i could see the in game tag myself)....
I need help
So I've just updated from win10 to win11 and i updated Val but when i try to play this is showing up after a couple minutes
Valorant isn't opening
I'm pressing "Play" In riot client and than the button becomes gray and the game not opening, after 10 seconds the button become red again and nothing happends
Secure boot
@Icarus seems I might need your help.
Set the secure boot on my EVGA MB and now am getting a loop of recovery boot.
If I disable secure boot I am able to load windows....
vanguard and windows blue screen issue
everything was working this morning, never had a blue screen nor did i had vanguard issues, however i turned on my pc and opened riot and got the blue screen and vanguard notification
