I randomly went from 10 ping now to constant 150

guys i need desperate help, so i play in sydney servers and i get around 10 ping, but today all of a sudden on sydney servers the lowest ping i can get is 150, same goes with the other servers. Ive tried many things like restarting my router, restarting my pc and reinstalling val. My wifi is fine on other games like in fortnite i get constant 0 ping and i ran a few tests. Any one got a soloution to this?

Extreme ping issue

i am on 171 ping on sydney servers, usually on about 30-40. i have done speedtests and played other online games sucha s siege with zero issues yet valorant is high ping. was fine yesterday but today just decided to serve me with ping only on valorant. any idea what this is?

graphics driver crashed

does anyone know how to fix my graphics driver crashing? it feels like ive tried everything, ive tried updating them, installing new ones, lowering graphics on val ALL the way plus turning everything in graphics quality off. i really don’t know what else to do? should i uninstall and reinstall???? im so lost 😭

RR refund not working

I have played in 3 games where a cheater was banned (got a message ingame a few hours later saying so), but the RR is not reflecting even after winning a game or so? How does this work?

Game freezes whenever I move my mouse in menu

The menu does not lag at all until i move my mouse, whenever I go into settings it is extremely slow and freezes, I don't know if this is a known issue but I am completely unable to play.

Bann for "cheat" BUT I NEVER CHEAT HELP-

first excuse my bad english i'm french so it's a little hard to explain but This is the second time I've been unfairly banned for "using blablabla software" but I've never used anything specifically? the first time it was a 24 hour ban which was canceled in 10 minutes?? and this time only 20 minutes I don't understand anything anymore it's the 3rd anti virus scan and entire scan of my pc that I carry out and nothing?? the riot staff dodge my questions in my ticket I don't know what to do anymore...

VC Audio Issue

so vc here is banned in my country so i have downloaded a vpn in order to use vc but whenever i join a game people tell me that they're talking but im not able to hear anyone , but im still able to see them talking on the left of my screen like the picture attached

hiii!

evertime i open valorant on ps5 it just shows a black screen with "back" in the side and when i press 0 to go back it just shows a random burst of light light and then goes to the black screen

Game wont launch

Every time I try to launch the game I get a black screen and then the game just crashes. Ive tried uninstalling both the game and the launcher and have tried different methods off youtube. Idk what else to do.

Recover account or recover money

So about like last year beginning, I bout a skin on an account that belonged to a friend, but he betrayed his friends and also took the account with him. None of the skins he has was bought by him. Can I request to get the account back to me, since I spent money on it. This will save me a lot of trauma. If you would like details on the card used for purchase, I can provide that. Please do help

Can you fix the reyna heal

I dont have the proof but other people complained about it in general and I get reynas in game complaining about it. Overheal doesnt work. When I take dmge and get under 100 hp, I overheal to 100 hp plus shield. However the game ignores the 50 hp shield and I die in 100 dmge. Plus, when im taking dmge the shield overheal is unaffected and doesnt move, it takes hp from my actual health.
