Solution:You can open a ticket for "submittin artwork for VP". They can give you up to 60vp per single artwork. You can´t stack the free vp, you need to be <61vp off of buying a specific skin/item.
You cant do this all the time, from what i know you need to have 3 months between every new artpiece...
