What do i do?

I had gotten repeatedly banned because of wifi disconnection issue and although it is now fixed, i still had a 14-day ban. I made a ticket and this guy said i was unbanned but clearly im not. Im so confused, do i have to wait a little longer or is it a mistake?

Double click on devoverride Change value to 0 Press ok and restart your pc Then try the game...

Idk if should contact Xbox or something but I just bought this bundle and I only recieved 1000 when it clearly says "This bundle includes 1000 Valorant Points (50 BONUS + 950). Like shouldn't I get like a extra 1000??
