Voice comm is slow motion in game

Starting today everytime I have commed in game to randoms I was told my voice is in "slow motion" and they cant understand what im saying. In the loop feedback test I come back fine and in discord and other games its fine... Im not sure what to do here lol.. Help!

FPS ISSUES AFTER TODAYS UPDATE

Is anyone else getting really weird fps issues this morning? I normally average 800-1000 fps (no joke) with no apps running in the background. Now after the update I’m getting 40-120 on all the same settings. Anybody know what’s going on?
