Rubberbanding

I'm having a problem where i cant walk without having mini rubberbands every 2 seconds that make it impossible to swing or even jump sometimes in the game, Valorant and CS2 (haven't tested to see if it still happens in CS2 in like a month or 2) are the only games it happens in/Any type of lag happens in, i rly need help. Im on 25-30 ping every game and best servers for me, i dont know what is wrong and I cant play the game if it keeps happening

valorant account wiped or gone?

when I tried to get onto my valorant account, I could tell that my account was gone, meaning my skins and my friends were all gone, even all my progress. I dont know if its because I didnt sign into the right account, but eitherway, I do not know what I can do, and I need help.

tutorial crashing

so my friend just loaded up the tutorial because we wanted to play and then he went to the bots and started the recoil section where sova speaks and then he just crashed. anyway to fix this or is it just bugged at the moment

High Ping Question

Hey for some reason i keep getting insane ping spikes when playing valorant, My internet is fiber 1gb speeds and it only lags on valorant, any ideas on why and how to fix it? My ping is usually like 10 but will jump up to the hundereds or thousands making it unplayable at times.

I try to play valorant, but everytime i do, it crashed and gives me an error, along with leaving me unable to turn the game off completely since it freezes. I've had to retry multiple times and tried every way to turn it off aswell. each time, I end up having to restart my laptop. I'm playing on a gaming laptop, NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4060 graphics.
