hardware ban question

i wanna ask something, let say that my friend "A" pc got a hardware banned and i know that he doesn't use any cheat and scripting. but some of his friend probably might use his account in different pc we still doesn't know he use cheats or not but why my friend "A" got hardware ban ?
like it literally 3 or 2 day ago i help him built his new pc...

My gpu is crashing on valorant

When I launch the game it seems like it's working but then if I hit windows key I get the gpu crashed code... this is only happening on valorant and i already ran a stress test for 20 minutes...Also I this this is the right tags

Hi, I want to get back to valorant because I miss the game. Unfortunetly I have these erros. My motherboard does not support secure boot. I already tried to deal with these errors before with succes. But now no matter what I do Im stuck. Hey, so for some reason I got banned from Premier for being "AFK", but I want to appeal that because my laptop crashed mid comp and it isn't my fault that I went AFK for that. Is there anyway to get unbanned??

I forgot my valorant email's password

I’ve been trying to figure out how to change my email again, but Val won’t let me. Whenever I log into my account on their site, it always asks for a verification code. This might sound dumb, but I changed the email because I was thinking of selling the account back then (though I never found a buyer). Now that I want to change my username again, I can’t because of this. Do you guys think there’s any way to fix it?

I noticed that my control settings has a red exclamation mark on my T keybind, this was usually my spray keybind and I never bind anything else with the T key.

me and all my friends have high ping on valorant and we all from italy and we have all different provider but friends out of italy doesnt have any ping issues
