hwid ban lasting forever and support dont help

guys can someone help ive been hwid banned since 7 months , the support also said a hwid ban lasts about 4 months , i keep making new accounts but when i launch the game it says ive violated rule 7 (i already read what that means so please dont say look it up) and i get the van152 error and it wont let me play , ive made countless tickets but the support cant help me

Need advice on dealing with inappropriate behavior towards a friend

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice. A friend of mine’s girlfriend recently received unsolicited explicit photos (also known as dickpics) from some weird pedo. It’s really disturbing, and we’re unsure of the best way to handle this situation because we want to punish this pedo. We want to make sure this behavior doesn’t continue or happen to anyone else, so we want to approach this Situation in a hard way (His number is +351 969 236 505).
