Extreme crashing + unfair queue timer administration

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had to suffer long queue timer restriction because of something that is out our control. Plenty of times for some reason after the new update, the game crashes for absolutely no reason. When its not crashing, theres a server connection problem. My question is, why isnt there a system that detects that being afk or disconnected wasnt your fault? This is just stupid and I hace 200+ hours of penalty before I can play. Support ticket team arent even responding.

Everyone muted

Since the new season. Everyone suddenly became muted. I tried everything that I could find but nothing worked. I'm on Xbox. I didn't get banned. I can't unmute anyone including myself.

High ping only in TDM and not any other modes.

After the lastest patch my ping in TDM is extremely high. It is only for TDM and not for other gamemodes (dm, comp, swiftplay etc...) My ISP is AS4771 Spark New Zealand Trading Ltd and I live in New Zealand and play on the Sydney servers. Normally i'd get around 30 ish ping as seen in the DM pic.
