wrong file got me banned, never was a cheat. please review.

Hello, on the 7th of April my account was perm and HWID banned for the usage of third party software or else known as cheats. i have never used and thought about using cheats. many people wont believe me that is fine. what i believe happened in my case was my apex movement config got detected by vanguard and got me banned. it's my only conclusion i've came with as i have not been banned and every other software that i use, Raw accel, VibranceGUI, Valorant Tracker. i have been using them for months without a problem. and a couple days later after downloading the movement config my ban occurred. I have given this information into my ticket but riot just says that they have come with their final decision about my ban. and won't be responding to my further tickets. so my last hope is here on discord and if i get noticed by someone that could possibly help me in my case....

Valorant Error

I've tried all that I can find to fix the "this build of Vanguard is out of compliance with the current system settings", im on windows 10 and my pc does not support secure boot nor tpm, I cannot open bios either . Although these were not supported on my pc, I was still able to run Valorant for the past few years without getting this error message at all. Please let me know if there is any way I can fix this. Riot will not let me do the personal ban discussion thing and it just says automated response, I'll stay banned but its like a page and underneath it says if you would like a human please submit a ticket but i can't? because it brings me back to the start, and also I made 2 tickets 2 days apart using the vanguard issue thing with this info under: which then they never responded. and just solved both tickets?
