A software to allow myself of toggling holding right-click on/off by simply pressing it?

I am not certain if this is truly allowed in Valorant (or to be asked here) so do tell me please. I have just now recently realized that I immediately start scoping after shooting with Marshal if I continue to hold down the scope so I have come to wonder if I can somehow just toggle scoping on/off by simply pressing right-click. I see that the function exists in Valorant already but once I shoot then it quits the scope-mode. 🤨 I am certainly interested in an app to allow me of toggling right-click on/off, please do come with some input. 😁...

CPU percentage drops from 50-40% to 10% and under causing huge FPS drops

Yo so yesterday the game was having really huge FPS drops (like from 80 to 2fps for a couple of seconds) and it happened frequently every 30 seconds or less, now that I've opened it today it did the same thing and apparently the cpu percentage that Val consumes goes from 40-50% to 10% and lower which causes the fps spike can someone help me make it not go under 40% CPU usage?

I went into the practice area and saw that you can't teleport to the spike defuse or spike plant areas anymore. Why can't you do that anymore?
