1 day ban for game crashing and game remade
Valorant has been crashing for no reason lately and that has led to games being remade in my absence when I can't reconnect in time. I got a 1 day penalty a few days ago, and submitted a ticket.
Tried support's troubleshooting and I think it helped but I still crashed after 21 games of not crashing. Then I got another 1 day ban.
Is there any Riot support staff that could help me out here? Already submitted ticket but reply is slow and I'm having to suffer unjust bans for valorant server side issues....

I got banned on my account. I just wanted someone to analyze my case because I never failed. I had just bought the Champions package. I spent almost 2000 on the account and I got banned without using anything. The only thing that has software on my computer is my wireless mouse, and I don't even leave the application open, I only use it to change the sensitivity.

hey, havent logged into this account since 2020, tried to open a ticket but having issues (vp store issues?), being honest ive probably afkd sometimes back then but not to an excessive degree or back to back afks, never hacked or installed some 3rd party software, a 100 year ban for afking seems pretty absurd but maybe im wrong, just thought id try my luck and see what kinda solution i could get, thanks and have a good one.

vgm error
new error, after getting a ton of tpm 14 errors, the vgm.exe part of vanguard apparently crashed. which is weird, because my valorant continued to run.
Solution:
If vgm.exe repeatedly crashes maybe make a thread here again, but it looked like a one off
