Ive been trying for the past 2 hours to get into the game, but it says the same thing every time

Valorant keeps giving me these errors but whatever i do i followed the yt tutorials core isolation doesnt work reinstalled it and i tried everything this started at somewhere between october and november and hadnt been fixed since i already reinstalled my graphic driver dmed the valorant support ticket tried everything they had done and still nothing and i gave up if someone has similar issues and had it fixed help me out please

i used to get 110-120 ping with my best server being virginia, and suddenly im now on a constant 170 ping on georgia servers. nothing about my internet connection has changed, i havent downloaded anything new, all my drivers are up to date and i have nothing running in the background

I was told by my friend someone logged into my account and whispered to a friend of mine that my account is compromised and he's gonna refund my account which he bought somehow. He was European and couldn't "hustle" the account for money as he said. My friend alerted me about it through discord, telling me to enable 2fa, which I did.
