Valorant Ranked Glitch

My valorant keeps crashing whenever I que up and then it gives me a que dodge offence. I played 2 dms before quing up and it worked just fine but when I que up and lock in what I want to play, after a bit it crashes my game and then gives me an offence warning. Please help ion know how to fix.

false HWID ban since 1 yr and a half

so for a bit of context, 1 yr and a half back, i got HWID ban from valorant by vanguard for obscure reasons (to me), and when i reached out FOUR times in a whole year at riot to contest ts and maybe at best have my acc back or ATLEAST have explanations/answers, but i think (tho i have no clue) that they didnt even looked at my long reports, maybe because i was already HWID ban so ig they just saw the main contest and closed the ticket... So I tried to seek explanations on some discord and reddit servs, but i had none So if anyone sees this, i want mostly answers (and maybe if a miracle fr happens getting my account back or hwid unban)...

out of no where connection error

lately im getting van 84 or val 5 or van 185 error when i search it on the riotgame site it say it is connection problem but my connection is good it stay around 50-40 ping average for me and it mainly happen when i run the game for 10-20 minute and when i quit and try to relauch it get stuck in the loading screen i need to restart to relaunch the game
