I am trying to set up starboard in my server- I set it up the same way I did in ANOTHER server I own, but it won't send starred messages to the channel.
I gave it permissions in the starboard channel, and set the settings how I'd like, but it still won't work.
The one in the other server I own functions just fine. I am unsure of why it's not working in the new server.
It doesn't appear to be down, as the commands and ping works....

Hello, is it possible to set a custom webhook URL? Looks like webhooks created by a bot, do NOT have the ability to send external emotes. Only webhooks created by a regular user.

Hi, I figure this is a known issue. Is this some setting I've misconfigured? If I put a star emoji on a post, it's supposed to post it in our starboard, but it doesn't work in the threads in forum channels
