is it me or why the store doesn't login

I log in to the heroic launcher then I go to the store and then when I want to get a game it say you have to login while I already logged in on heroic launcher

game error 0 on fortnite

Darkest Dungeon 2 DLC

Hello everyone. I purchased and was trying to install the new DD2 DLC from the Epic games store through the heroic launcher. I attempted to use the DLC button from the dropdown menu, but there was no DLC found. I started looking for help online and one suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall the game, which I did through the launcher. I thought I had backed up my save games but now I can’t find them and still no DLC. Please let me know if I just erased 150+ hrs of hours of progress and I’m SOL...

Consistent "Hardware Error"s after upgrading kernel

Can't run PC Building Simulator

Save files aren't being transported between computers

Hello! I wanted to test out Heroic, so I downloaded it on my laptop (windows) and played a game (Human Resource Machine). When I saw everything worked, I wanted to download Heroic on my PC (also windows) and continue from where I left off, but when I opened the game it started from the beginning, as if I never opened the game. I don't know how to transport the save files, whether via Heroic or through File Explorer....

Can't select base game after selecting a launchable DLC

When selecting a launchable DLC, the Launch Options menu doesn't allow me to re-select the base game. See video. In my case, this isn't really a problem since I can select any of the Fortnite "DLC" other than Unreal Editor for Fortnite to launch Fortnite; but this may cause issues for other users who may only have the Unreal Editor for Fortnite "DLC" (which isn't an unreasonable scenario), or it may cause issues if any games in the future implement launchable DLCs.

Witcher 2 crashes sometimes

While it's annoying, it's not a dealbreaker, I was just thinking that if you see something in log that can be fixed easily it might be worth the shot. Thanks a lot in advance. Game is run via Steam if that changes anything.

Steam deck, remote play game from heroic

Hi. Sometimes i need remote game to tv/pc via steam link remote play. Games added directly via steam work fine, but those installed via heroic display a black screen. Is there any way to make "non steam" games work properly with this heroic luncher? The same thing happens with Lutris...
