hell let loose problems

i installed heroic launcher on arch linux. imported hell let loose from the game folder installed on the windows drive. tried started the game, nothing happened (was stuck on "launching game"). today it displays a tag in yellow above the play button game not available. not sure what i'm doing wrong as HLL has a gold tag on the proton.db site.

Installed Components: remove_mono internal

Does this remove the mono that comes with the WINE/Proton? If so, how do I stop Heroic from doing that?

Hey, I'm trying to run Carrion through the Heroic Game Launcher, but the game starts without any audio. Running the game directly from Wine does have sound. It seems like PipeWire/PulseAudio doesn't register a new sound application. By the way, I'm running Arch. What should I do next?...

No offline help

I was without internet for nearly a month and in that time I was unable to play any of my games on Heroic because it could not connect to the internet. The games in question are all GOG or EPIC games. Since I couldn't get the games to run, I figured I'd check the documentation to see if there was an offline mode. This failed as well because you don't have offline documentation. So, to recap, the time when the documentation would have been most helpful was the time it was unavailable. As a solution, I was thinking that allowing the user to download the documentation in a PDF (for example) in the same manner as a game and having it update as the documentation updated, just like a game would be the best option since you can automate the whole thing.
Also, I still cant' find any information in running games offline...

Marvel Rivals

I'm considering buying a Boosteroid plan to play Marvel Rivals but idk if it's actually worth and is safe. I know Nividia Geforce is safe but for like an extra 4 dollars I can get unlimited playtime instead of being capped at 3 hours and waiting in a queue.

rocket league nameplates.

My rocket league is running perfectly on these settings with wine crossover 27.3.1-1. The only issue i have is i cannot show in game nameplates + boost indicators. None of the in game options work, so i guess it has something to do with DefaultSystemSettings flag or sth.I'd appreciate any help.

Can't see EOS overlay in Dying Light

Hi. I'm trying to play Dying Light 1 and I can't see overlay after I press shift+F3. I can tell it's there because the cursor changes to system default and on the place where the overlay should be are links (again, cursor is changing). Using WineTricks, I have installed these fonts:

andale, arial, comicsans, courier, georgia, impact, times, trebuchet, verdana, webdings, corefonts

I have the newest version of EOS overlay. Because I don't know if it is a game issue or heroic issue, I attach both logs....

FNAF: Sister Location Crashing on Startup

I am trying to run FNAF: Sister Location but it crashes on startup. Other games work fine, changing proton version does nothing, and I have tried changing some settings but to no avail. Curiously, running the .exe with just wine (not through heroic) does work. Can't launch Linux version of HuniePop

It doesn't really matter to me anymore because I booted the Windows version through Wine and it worked perfectly but I thought I'd raise the issue anyway. HuniePop after attempting to launch will take a second and then show the launch button again without having done anything. Running Debian 12 with KDE Plasma on an Asus Zenbook 14 Ryzen 7 7730U....

Voices of the Void CreateProcess() returned 2 error

I needed to install C++ runtime, after doing that I always get this error when launching the game. I can run the game fine I just run it through Wine normally, but I can't launch it with Heroic Launcher. Any ideas how I could fix this issue? Thanks...

I'm trying to use heroic to run M.R on my M1 Macbook Air which i guessed was a streach to begin with but i found rocket league worked great so i thought i would give it a try, after waiting the time to download its only "loading" for a second then setting back to the play button. Heroic on Windows 11- keeps downloading Wine on launch (940MB)- Why?

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this question. For what purpose does Windows Heroic take up 940 MB of space with Wine? It seems unnecessary to me. Is it currently possible to disable this? I ask because I'm trying out Heroic as a way to free up the extra space used by the bloated official launchers, but as long as it keeps doing this, it's actually taking up more space on my drive....
