JoinPre-launch script not working (programs aren't opening, log isn't changing)
Hey everyone,
Hey everyone. I have a .bat file to run BakkesMod with RocketLeague every time I launch it with CrossOver. For context, this script used to work like two weeks ago. Then I switched to Wine + GPTK for a bit, and now I switched back to CrossOver and it's no longer working. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Unable to sign in to epic games

It doesnt even go to the sign in page, and trying the alternative sign in comes with the same error. Every time i reload the page the numbers change slightly...
Getting almost 2x lower FPS on Linux

Cant get Assassin's Creed Unity to download onto wineprefix
Trying to get ACU to download directly onto the wineprefix to make modding easier, but it simply does not work. It seems as if Heroic gets confused at the name of the file.
I download the game and set the install path to /home/masanuvi/.local/share/wineprefixes/Assassins Creed Unity/dosdevices/c:/Program Files (x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher/games
It creates a new folder in there called "AssassinsCreedUnity", but when I launch, Ubisoft gets confused and downloads a completely separate folder taking up another 50gb called "Assassin's Creed Unity"...
Chaos Overlords display resolution issue
Not sure why I chose this as my first game to try with Heroic, but it didn't seem to be a good choice. After a while loading, it popped up a window the first time that almost immediately closed. Later attempts to play don't seem to even show a window.
Reading the log, it seems that it is failing to run at 640x480 full-screen. While searching, it seems like it's possible to allow windowed mode via registry edit (https://www.gog.com/forum/chaos_overlords/cannot_run_game_in_windowed_mode), but I'm not sure how to do that within the context of Heroic. (And Wine seems to support registry edits, but again I'm not sure how to do that within the context of Heroic.) I'm so new to all this stuff, so I don't know if this is even the right approach to take. But if it is the right way to fix this, how does one modify a registry for a particular game....
Issue with Epic login
Did a restart hoping it would fix things but didn't. the alt login method doesn't work either.
Heroic keeps crashing. Fortnite isn't launching (or launching unplayable)
I started fortnite, and heroic gave me this error (I never got this error before). I logged out, logged back in. It solved the error and it was playable. After a while of playing the game, it crashed. I tried starting the game and got this in game error. Heroic keep saying not enough space even after disk clearing
Im trying to download marvel rivals but each time, it says I don't have enough space.
I deleted multiple apps, documents, files, etc. It still said I didn't have enough space, and even worse, the available space showed in heroic decreased.
I've tried multiple solutions other people said worked, but i'm still having trouble, and nothing related to rivals shows up in the log....

incredibly slow plus crashing
hey i have the herioc games launcher and signed in useing epic games so i could play football maneger 24. however when i open fm24 it is so incredibly slow then it freezes and crashes. im useing a HP 15a-nb0504sa 15.6" Chromebook - Intel® N100, 128 GB GB UFS. it runs roblox just fine. thanks
Several games freeze the whole system on startup
I use Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS on a computer with nVidia graphics card. The system is set to use dGPU in performance mode.
Whenever I try to run the games, the whole system freezes. To narrow down the scope of this help request, I decided to upload the
Fall Guys logs. I tested that game, as it seems to be not that demanding, so it seemed like a good candidate.

Im using a macbook pro m1, with GPTK. With wine crossover, it couldn't even get past the initial screen, stating something along the lines of "a gpu with support of d3d is required". Anyways, as the title says, the game freezes after the loading cutscene.
Despite spamming the play button, Rocket League wont launch.
