JoinModern GOG Games crash before Main Title screen when launching
Hi, all, I'm new to using Linux in general and wanted to test gaming a bit, especially with GOG games since I have a good amount there, along with Steam. For some reason I haven't been able to launch modern games at all. I tried Mint and now I'm with Ubuntu with the same issue. I even tested a spare laptop I have and same issues there; the problem seems to be with modern games since I tried Roller Coaster Tycoon and that one ran without any issues at all. I then tried Two Point Hospital and Disco Elysium and both crash just after opening but before getting to the Main Menu (both get to the "Loading..." screen). For both, the log file says that it is an issue with the Haswell Vulkan being incomplete but I tried reinstalling the mesa drivers and i386 architecture but still nothing.
I attached both log file for those games; any help I can get would be appreciated it since I am just going over what I've been able to find online, so far....
C++ issue while trying to lauch Gord from GOG
Hey! I am new to this Heroic laucher and trying to play some windows games on Macbook Air M2. I am trying to lauch Gord from GOG with Heroic, but when its trying to lauch i get error saying "The following components are required to run this program, Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime".
Anyone know how to fix this issue?...

Greetings, i was looking for solutions on the channel to launch baldurs gate: enhanced edition but i couldnt find any helpful information. I downloaded and installed it via heroic games launcher but i cant launch it.

Cant sign in to epic games
when i try to sign into epic games it just gets stuck on logging in and after a while it goes back to the login page, it logs me in the store but not on heroic

I've tried the normal login way and the alternative. but both ways result in a spinning icon and then goes back to login screen

Hitman 3 - No controller inputs detected
Heya,
I'm launching Hitman 3 through Heroic Launcher and it seems my controller inputs aren't being registered.
The Wine version I'm using is Proton - GE-Proton9-11 and I've attempted launching it through steam, including through big picture mode as well.
The controller I'm using is a DS4 PS4 controller, I've tried both wireless and wired....
Death Stranding Director's Cut stopped working for no apparent reason

Yesterday (about 10h ago) DS Directors Cut was running with no issues, but today the first loading and splash screen goes extremely fast and then black screen (can't get to main menu). I didn't update anything from my OS, the only thing I can imagine is that new VKD3D version 2.14.0 (released 3 days ago) broke something, but I don't know how to check yesterday's logs to see if it was already being used. I'm running Ubuntu 22.04 on Wayland because in X11 the game used to show a black screen (and now it doesn't even start). I had always played with Wine-GE-Latest, but I just tried Wine-GE-proton8-14, proton 9 and proton experimental and they all show the same issue. I also tried disabling eSync, fSync and dedicated graphics, to no avail....
Can't launch games
I don't use Heroic Games Launcher particularly often, but it's mostly there to give me a way to play Epic games on Ubuntu. A few weeks ago I added a non-Epic game to Heroic. I've come back to try a new game available Epic offered for free, only to find that not only will this game not launch, but none of the games in the launcher work (including the non-Epic game that was fine previously). Regardless of the game launched or version of wine used I get some variation of the included log:

- rebooting my computer
- rebooting my computer with system updates...

can't install mirrors edge from epic
i just bought mirrors edge on epic and i'm trying to install it, heroic does not show download size or game description on the game page, when i click install the download size size is tiny, 1.43kb, i download and it says it installs and nothing changes. when i go to the game page link in heroic it takes me to a 'not found' page. I've tried logging out and back in and refreshing my library, but i still can't install

Most native games fail because they can't pull libraries (this issue is non-existent with the appimage)
