unusual block substitutions being made in LODs
about half the trees are rendered as just the leaf block, is this a setting i can change? only have dh installed

Turn up the quality preset, or manually turn up vertical quality in the advanced settings
How do I make the grass block LOD entirely green?
I've tried a resource pack that covers all sides of the grass block with the top texture but, even after rebooting Minecraft, it doesn't seem to work. Is there any other solution for it or something I'm missing with the resource pack?

There is a setting for grass side rendering in the config
DH just not rendering.
I updated from the 2.3.0 dev to the official beta version, and when I loaded into the world DH doesn't seem to want to render things at all.
Disabling shaders didn't do anything, and moving around to try and re-generate some LoDs doesn't work either. Going back to the previous version fixes everything....
chunky X distant horizon X multiplayer
Hi , does chunky work in multiplayer with dh like in singleplayer ? like i load all the chunks and then activate distant horizons to see all the chunks i loaded. And will my friends will be abe to see all the chunks like me if they install dh later ?
bigglobe + dh being slow + having gaps between area i was in and area i am in now
first i wonder why this happens, my theory is that it might be LOD's being built around old area and nowhere else, but idk if thats right
2nd is this normal performance for my setup? ryzen 1800x+16GB DDR4-2666+1660 super
also I pregen'd 1000x1000 area around the beacon with chunky...

ok i think this is helping, import is no longer super slow, even when loading areas where ive been close enough to load without dh
Memory leak in newest version?
Hey guys is there some kind of memory leak in the new DH update? I'm allocating 32GB out of 64GB of RAM to Minecraft, it hits max, complains it's out of memory, and crashes. Also itting a TON of opengl debug messages in my logfiles but I'm unsure if that's related. Settings are basic (custom is for some reason the preset, but I did not change anything).
How to reduce server lag/strain with the new multiplayer support?
cpu uage is hitting 100% on my server's laptop, what are the ways to reduce this?

idk how to explain it, but it seems that DH only work if i see it trough tinted glass? i already try DH with a clean install fabric MC 1.21.4 with nothing but DH installed, its pretty much the same, so i dont think it has something to do with the mod that i used, or maybe its just my pc ? π
i play it on private aternos server but DH only on client side.

I keep getting this error message whenever i try and join the distant horizons server. just as i got kicked i placed a cod on a campfire, this is random but is what happened exactly as i got kicked and i havenβt been able to join since.
Weird visual bug with shaders. And how do i fix them?
I have been trying to fix this for the past 2 days can anyone help me with this.
