becuse youtube shows the first 25 words on a youtube desc
so to make pepole click i added that so pepole would see it ask questions then click the video

Having all this stuff in your video description is fine and all, but not really what the description feature is meant to be used for. It's meant to give people an explanation about what your video is about, to give them a reason to click it. It is also one of the more important SEO (search engine optimization) features YouTube uses to fill their search results and to recommend content to people.
The first 25 words of your video's description should give an explanation or reason as to why your content is suitable for the person reading it and should also contain keywords that YouTube's algorithm can use to determine if your video should be displayed in specific search results related to those keywords
The "About Me" and "My Schedule" sections you've added above would probably be better suited for the channel's description and not the video description if you can fit it, as again, this can give YouTube's algorithm an idea as to what your entire channel is about and who to recommend it to.
The rest should just be fodder at the end of the description, things like affiliate links, other socials, hashtags, timestamps etc..

To explain it a little better, you usually always want to pick some keywords for your video that users might search for and that can help with SEO. You want these keywords to be moderate to high search volume (meaning people are searching for them) and low to moderate competition (meaning there isn't an abundance of videos already for those keywords). It's not the easiest task and ranges from niche to niche, but you can use something like VidIQ or TubeBuddy to help with that.
So now you'll have a few good keywords and from there you would come up with a title, I'll use one of my own videos as an example. The video is a promotional ad for this Discord server, so I chose the keywords "Discord server" and "content creator/creators/creation" and picked a simple and direct title of "Discord Server For Content Creators". Then in the video description, I give a brief summary relating to the video which also contains some of the keywords that I used in the title. This doesn't necessarily have to be 25 words it could be 100 if you want, but 25 words are how many words will generally be visible for the user to read, YouTube's algorithm will likely read the entire description or most of it at least. But the main point is to make your description as relevant to the content and easy to understand for both humans and machines as possible, as well as include those keywords as close to the beginning of the description to maximize their usefulness
So let's say you as a viewer were looking for a Discord server for content creators, you would likely search something like "a discord server that is for content creators" and from there YouTube will see that my video matches those keywords in your search query and deem it to be a good result
I would highly recommend taking a couple days to learn about SEO because it can be really useful in terms of getting your content recommended to people

They both have a free and paid version, but I'm pretty sure both of them include a keyword research tool for free. You basically test a bunch of keywords and it will estimate their search volume and competitiveness

You sort of want a balance between the two. High volume and low competition is best. It basically means lots of people are searching for it, but there isn't many results for it

Technically yeah, you could, you're not always going to find high volume low comp keywords, so sometimes you'll have to compromise here and there. And SEO is just one piece of the puzzle which "helps" with the process, it's not a guarantee of anything, if you get what I mean lol
