LNope, my stick doesn't make any sound whatsoever and neither does the fake leather. I do hear two different sounds on the video but this was the first time I heard them. 
NFYI on my Rhino creak.. Last night I lifted the boot and tightened the 4 screws holding on the top threaded piece. They were by no means loose, but I gave them an extra cinching down. Pretty much eliminated the creaking.

NAt some point I'm sure it will work its self just loose enough for the creak to return. I'll probably pull it apart and maybe add some graphite powder to the socket between the aluminum shaft and plastic part.

Wanted to update you/follow up on my Mosquito FFB issues in DCS. With the help of another DCS users ( @eaf51_havebug ) and your VPForce ForceTrim/Forced option I was finally able to resolve my issue. Using DCS FFB curves with Mosquito actually works great as long as I use the VPforce forced trim instead of the in-game one!!! And it fixes a similar issue with P47 (albeit less pronounced, but still an issue). Again, thank you for developing/adding the Override feature to your application, it freaking rocks!!

SCongrats for now. Haha. I loosened the gimble screw just a tad, and the creaking is gone when off... but actually got worse under load. scratches head

TI bought a Meanwell LRS 350-24 powersupply for my DIY FFB project. I got two 86BLF04 motors from @walmis and I’m thinking of either mounting the powersupply inside the joystick base or separate from the base in a 3D printed enclosure. The PS is rated at almost 15A. How much current will the motors draw? I need to know what kind of DC contact I can use between the PS and the VP Force controller…
WHey, expect up to around 10A if at max deflection diagonally. But you can set limits in software too.

SHas anyone used FFB kit to a collective?
CIs it possible to drive the motors in the kit continuously? The reason is I want to ensure that my belt is seated properly and run my pulleys slowly for a few revolutions. Its a bit difficult to drive by hand in my arrangement.

Is there a trick to get the WW adapter/grip working? Tried the adapter and it won't recognize the grip. Grip Type is set to WW Adapter.
The grip works when I plug the Orion 2 with the F18 Grip back in but not with the Rhino.

WHey! You can verify if the Rhino detects it by setting grip type to debug and checking the data it gives out in the debut tab. If it's all FFs then maybe it's not making contact.
EIt seems like there is a contact problem. Both ends do have firm contact though

WYeah looks like intermittent contact. Could you try to give gentle push on the din socket on the adapter after you seated it.
EIt seems to change nothing. The TM F18 Grip functions without error.
EJust connecting the adapter makes the array twitch from time to time too.
