Hi it's been already 14days that I submit the file for account recovery at customer service and they still don't response me yet with via contact email that I gave them. Also I can't submit for another one for my account recovery. I don't know how can I get help here
There is no Africa server available in the game, but you may provide your feedback regarding this through #feedback in compliance with the channel's guidelines. Players from any region have the choice to select any available server in the game once every 7 days. Regarding tournaments, you may refer to #tournaments for community-organized tournaments.

Okay, I understand now, does it mean players from Africa and Oceania is not playing tournament because there is no specified server for Africa and Oceania?
