Mm not sure but chezmoi afaik just puts the files in a git repo and links stuff

If not, Go and/or Python would definitely be worth learning, Go especially because it's common in the container space

the one I created is more of a dotfile rollback utility than having it synchronizing across machines. I think it may be possible to have chezmoi manage the git stuff while dfrab manages the profiles and rollbacks.
