Hi. My old account, that i have from season 2 was banned like 1 year ago, stolen and linked with another twitter or something, i don't know. I have my email linked, i got reciepts of thoundsand of UC that i have buyed to prove that its mine. It is possibile after so much time to get unbanned if i make a request or something?

You would have to contact the in-game customer service for this, but yes, it is possible to get unbanned.

I am trying to redeem a code and I get the error message "Redemption code is redeemed by someone else". I didn't use it and no one has access to it, what happened? Is it possible to check who used it and when?
