I'm pushing to conqueror, this is my second time I get frozen or flag account I just want to know why because when I go to report record the tell me system is busy. they even didn't tell me why, can someone help me?

I send request to costmoer service from game but now its pending so the hacker he stole mobile number and email and unlink one social media account so I cant go through the game to my account because he made secondry verification
