DYou should be able to log in through facebook without your phone number. A verification code can be sent to your email as well.

DIf you can not access the phone number, that the code is being sent to and there is no other method to verify yourself, then I don't see a way for you to fix the problem.
You claimed that there is an email linked to the account to? As 3rd link? Maybe try logging in through that.
