You should be able to log in through facebook without your phone number. A verification code can be sent to your email as well.

If you can not access the phone number, that the code is being sent to and there is no other method to verify yourself, then I don't see a way for you to fix the problem.

You claimed that there is an email linked to the account to? As 3rd link? Maybe try logging in through that.

If you submitted a request to the customer service through the account recovery tool, you should have been asked to provide an email when using the account recovery tool. After your request is approved, the same email that you provided to the customer service will be linked to your PUBG MOBILE account and all other login methods will be removed. You can try to use that email to log into the account.
