Is there anything I could improve on?
I stream and create content, but right now I'm focused on creating content.
A video I made did very well, 1.6k. But it's not the type of videos I want to be making, I'm getting better at creating things I like. Like for example my most recent video was first titled "Rust Voice Trolling (Gone Wrong)" which felt like it was more clickbait and I didn't really like it, but I changed it to something more authentic like what it is now, "Rust with a side of sleep deprivation" (it's a hard watch) but yeah
I'd like my channels niche to be funny gaming videos, I know it's pretty broad but I'd like to do that. How, is what I'm still trying to figure out, most importantly I'm looking for someone who can compliment my personality, and hopefully vise versa. So if you'd ever like to try it out, and enjoy sandbox/survival/pvp games hit me up (terraria, minecraft, rust, csgo, etc)

I did enjoy the knife tier list video, I enjoyed that one a lot, but haven't had any ideas like it since...
not to mention it wasn't even my idea to begin with xC
channel link?
it's good that you know what kind of content you want to upload, even if it is something that is as broad as funny gaming videos, there is always a way to differentiate yourself from others.
in general when it comes to funny gaming videos the main thing people are going to watch for is your personality and other people that may appear in your videos.
I can dm you it, the server blocks it
is it the one linked on your profile?
I think so
alright one second
Yeah
i think the content of the video itself is already pretty solid, the only thing that could be improved is the overall polish of your channel in content. i would work on making your videos/titles/thumbnails all consistent to help establish your brand, as well as avoid making future clip compilation videos if it's something you are unhappy with. you could always make a second channel for that sort of content, that way it is separate from your main brand, but that is entirely up to you.
Okay, I just did it as an easy shortcut to get views. Those weren't even my clips
Also thank you, but how could I do that? Making all my videos/titles/thumbnails consistent?
That would make it a lot easier on me as I wouldn't have to come up with someone new everytime
yeah those clip comp style videos get tons of views, i wouldnt say its a bad thing but definitely not something you want to upload if youre trying to make a brand for yourself
do you make your thumbnails yourself?
yeah
first off you need to find out what kind of thumbnails you want your videos to have, it's personal preference, and you want something that you feel represents the content you're uploading. here's two screenshots from other creators, you can see that their thumbnails are usually similar or at the very least portray the same vibe as others do
titles are basically the same thing, some people use lots of CAPATILIZATION in their titles, others opt for more minimal titles, you can see examples of both in the screenshots above.
as for making your videos consistent just keep uploading your usual funny gaming content (or whatever content you enjoy)
the theme of the videos doesnt HAVE to be consistent if you want your channel to be multipurpose, i would just make sure that the quality is consistent and that you are the main star of the video if you're trying to build a brand for yourself
Yo cole I think you channel is good man I say just make your thumbnails eye catching and have some exciting names for you videos other than that I see the personality and the editing is on point
I say what you should 100% focus on is the ends and outs of YouTube and promotion around other platforms to bring traffic to your channel

^^taking the high points of your videos and turning them into shorts or uploading them as tiktoks are a really good way to get more exposure to your content, even if it doesnt bring mass numbers to your youtube channel
its always good to promote yourself on other platforms
okay thanks bro. I'll work on building a template for thumbnails
that takes a lot of time. I'll work on it. thank you
no problem let me know if you got any other questions
I was wondering if you could help me find someone to collaborate with
i would create a post in one of the channels here, i know some other people have done the same thing and found some creators to work with
i would list your type of content and the games you mainly play if you're sticking with gaming content
