Please block the user or they will try to scam you or steal your account. No one else can help you with your account other than the in-game customer service.

Purchasing UC through unofficial sources is prohibited and any purchased amount of UNKNOW CASH will be deducted if bought from unofficial source.

The only official sources are https://www.midasbuy.com/midasbuy/buy/pubgm and in-game store.
