EMy guess is that queue is already very long. I doubt that hiring someone would increase the price on its own. More users of the stick translates to more orders if/when the product is performing well. Less queue-time also leads to more orders. More orders translates to bigger purchases of components -> lower component prices.
MGuys I have two things. So I just got my rhino and I am now testing it out as you would. Let me say after using a cls-e brunner with a long extension and metal joystick, it really sucks. Bro compared to that the rhino takes some muscle to pull it out of trim or if under g load! And for prepar3d. I am convinced p3d ffb works better than dcs ffb. I had to tick an option and what effects I wanted in the sim and dude it is implemented better than dcs. I haven’t tried xplane. But yeah this thing is crazy man.
MAnd I have a certain aircraft where it’s also coded in the .cfg file so the effects are true-life
MAs this works, I am sure xplane will too.

MOkay. Go to your p3d file directory and go to the simobjects folder and copy the aircraft folder(s) you want ffb in. Send them to me somehow and I will see what I can do.
MThere’s a possibility there’s nothing I can do. It’s all up to the developer in the more advanced code I can’t edit. You will also have to enable ffb in p3d client settings
TWonder if Combat Flight Sim 3 (with a floriad of cool mods over the years) would have nice FFB too then (even if the engine is slightly older).

H@_gunzablazin I'm still confused by the discussion. Does this logical recentering of the stick origin require changing the settings up in the VP force program? Because by default I'm fairly sure that's not the behavior of the stick. Or maybe is that one of the effects of using the telemFFB program?
WDCS changes the center point when you trim certain aircraft, namely F-14, F-5, russian jets, WWII warbirds and others. For helos when you press trim release and move the stick to a new position and release it, the stick will be spring centered in that new physical position
NNo on both accounts. It is part of the DCS FFB implementation. DCS tells the base what the new center is when you release the force trim
NI have only been trying to explain why instant trim is the correct mode for FFB and why it behaves the way it does with standard sprung joysticks
HI think a better way to resolve my confusion is to just ask what the functional difference is between the instant trim and stick with no spring and FFB setting

NWell you’ll have to ask Eagle dynamics and/or the module developers because my understanding is that the “no springs and FFB” option is for regular non FFB joysticks without springs that rely on friction clutches. And, in my experience, the option does not activate FFB in any way (and therefor does not work). At least in UH1
NBest to try all options and pick the one that works best for you the way you want to fly helos.

FYeah, it's either going to be bellcranks or rack & pinion. The fact that the system can do multiple revolutions is what sold me on it.

Si assume the shaft coming thru the floor only makes a partial rotation right? so you'd want that sweep angle to do a full rotation on the motor
FThe pitch & roll controls have a very short throw to them - only a few inches either direction. Did you see the photo I posted of the current stick centering system I'm using?
