BJust a note that I ran into something that I'd never seen before in DCS Open Beta (that is almost certainly unrelated to anything Rhino). In the A-10C II, my stick would not work, even though the x/y axes showed up as working in the Control Options dialog. At one point it started working, but then stopped again. I think, but am not sure, that it's specific to the Hawg. I tried a couple other aircraft and they were fine.

SO I ran Telem and did some testing.
When I can induce the shutdown, nothing shows in telemetry.
So I messed around with the max gain pot and lowered it some and no pitch shutdown on faster pulls.
Certainly seems related to effect intensity and just the pitch motor shutting down.
Do you think this is maybe power supply related? I was thinking not since the roll motor stays active.
Could this be a motor current issue and will the max current setting in the software help? Though it is set to 25A and the PSU is not gonna push that much.
Keeping max gain turn down a bit seems to keep it all in check, but I would love to get back to the strength settings I had if possible.

WA motor fault code would be useful here, it's displayed in the status bar (OK when operational)
Sahh in the status bar ok...since in the main telem screen I saw nothing but the normal connections ok, effects on, and the power reset.

TIf I set the pot function as Spring Gain, does it mean that at 100% pot value the spring effect would be at 30% according to the settings below?

Shello, why in msfs flying th a2a comanche, I'm seeing the yoke moving but that is not reproduced in the rhino?

NYou gotta give us more info.. Are you using TelemFFB? Are you using the latest version which adds trim/AP following support? Have you set up the trim/ap following per the TelemFFB section in the VPforce manual?

NThis looks like maybe an old copy of the default config.ini? The default for the latest TelemFFB has the a2a pa-24 (comanche) in it already
NWithout a specific aircraft section telling TelemFFB that the aircraft is a "PropellerAircraft".. things won't work right.

Nyeah.. in order to get around the way MSFS behaves.... TelemFFB has to be the source of the axis position for the trim following feature to work.

Schanging the hdg bug I can see in the msfs the yoke move and in the TelemFFB I see the ailerondefl move but not physicaly in the rhino
Nremember that MSFS has zero FFB implementation.. so all of the FFB is done through TelemFFB. This trim/AP following was not super simple to implement and is relatively new and while I promise it does in fact work, I certainly havent figured out all of the ways it can be mis-configured yet.. thats why I'm asking the stupid obvious questions.
NSo in general flight, you are feeling the dynamic stick forces? Stick is limp on the ground and stiffens up as you accelerate? What about trim. If you adjust trim, do you see the elevator and/or aileron axis move in the sim and or the rhino move?
SI have to check later but yes i supose I have to test the trim because I had the old config
