You can use your Lucky Medals to gift the car skin to your friend, @FBI IS COMING. Please note all the following requirements as you need to fulfill these requirements before you can send a gift.

1. Use Lucky Medals to redeem vehicle finishes. Each color can only be redeemed once.
2. You must own the vehicle finish before you can use Lucky Medals to gift corresponding finish to a friend.
3. If a friend already owns this finish, you will not be able to send this gift to them.

Requirements that you need to fulfill with the friend you want to send the gift to:

1. Be friends for more than 72 hours.
2. Synergy must be above 50.
3. Character level must be above 10.

Are you referring to Purchase Gift event? The UC you spend will count towards Amazing Rebate event, even if it is obtained from the subscription. However, to be able obtain the perks of Purchase Gift event, you should purchase the UC through the in-game shop or through https://www.pubgmobile.com/pay.
