Please make sure you have logged into the correct account. Try resetting your profile again and wait a day or a few hours for the game to load your profile picture and check your profile settings. If you do not reside in Vietnam, it is not recommend transferring your account to the Vietnamese version, @Higuruma. Once you have logged into the Vietnamese version, you can no longer play or transfer your account data back to the global English version of PUBG MOBILE.
