If you are able to login into your account, you may consider logging out from all devices in the account settings, changing your password, and enabling two-factor authentication for your social media and PUBG MOBILE accounts.

If you do not have access to your PUBG MOBILE account or any of the linked login methods, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to recover your account, @Artin.

If you have an access to any of the linked login methods or have access to your account, please contact the in-game customer service through "Help" located in the top-right corner of the login menu. Please make sure you have logged into the correct account. Try resetting your profile again and wait a day or a few hours for the game to load your profile picture and check your profile settings. If the issue still persists, then perform a routine repair from the login menu and see if it makes any difference.

If you do not reside in Vietnam, it is not recommend transferring your account to the Vietnamese version, @Higuruma. Once you have logged into the Vietnamese version, you can no longer play or transfer your account data back to the global English version of PUBG MOBILE.
