This happened when running Devbox, not Fleek, but i guess the fleek channel is more likely to know the issue.
Sorry, this isn't "exact"ly the same, this wasn't affecting the updater as I have it disabled and not on Bazzite.
It was just the same error message

Wayland is a more modern compositor with features like HDR, but Nvidia's drivers have very early support for it

Which sucks because it was specifically meant to bring a slew of Wayland fixes and improvements, but instead broke both Wayland and X11 for a variety of games

ICD Vulkan loader is broken in 545. And there is no solution but roll back.

For users, it would make sense. Ublue supported multiple driver versions from when the Nvidia image build process was first figured out until the rpmfusion nvidia package maintainers stopped building/mainatining the older drivers
