the LGO PM who dropped by the ChimeraOS discord mentioned that they had talked to valve, and valve had refused working with them because Valve was busy at the time. (in hindsight, it was clearly the Deck OLED that they were busy with)

the PM did say that Valve stated that they would be offering SteamOS for free with a license of some sort, if I'm remembering right.
