©Power usage depends on what you run guys.... CPU's don't use power that much when idle...
GEven if you don't like the stock AMD cooler, air coolers have gotten very competitive in price lately

VIt's possible, but the reason nobody does it is because it's kind of pointless. CPUs are supposed to get at least fairly hot.
Adepends where you from and place u living cuz it can be unfairly hot temps cpu or gpu
