When I have the funds and Bazzite is 100% ready for it (Valve makes some kernel updates), I'm moving to an OLED Deck. The screen and battery life upgrades are worth it alone.

Back when I switched, having Distrobox installed out of the box was a big deal for me. Being able to install the occasional rpm system package that persists through updates is great. But most of all it's having the peace of mind that if something does go wrong, there is an opportunity for support and advice from other users in the community here.

correction: dont need to manually update to a new fedora base (ex 39 --> 40)
you still update through gamemode as normal or through desktop mode using the system update application

I'm still fighting against my HTPC, it Just does Not respect the KDE Power profiles on reboot and the thing with ER Just seems weird since every time the cpu clocks down and I Open the gamescope Guide Performance returns to normal
