Aso I'm currently trying to figure out the exact components that I need for my FFB stick. I'm assuming that the Rhino FFB Base and the VPforce Steel Mount are the no-brainers, but if I am trying to use a VKB gladiator stick, is there any other special mount that I need to order? Will I need the VKB adapter?

P@walmis I've placed an order for the DIY FFB kit: 86BLF03 x1 + USB based on feedback from @Tinman rather than the F04 versions for the slaw rudder pedal conversion. Questions can I ...1. add another motor to the controller at a later stage ( collective conversion ? and /or 2 does that motor have to be the same 03 version or can I shoot for a 57blf03 for instance for the collective conversion later?
NYou can mix/match motors on a board, but be aware that TelemFFB and presumably any software that supported pedals/collective (there are none) doesn’t work that way. Each control needs to be its own usb device.

LOn a different topic, anyone experiencing some clicking sound and a very minor clicking sensation when moving the stick hard suddenly (in some cases only)? Not sure if it’s the base or the Winwing adapter or something else. Hard to tell.
Wwell I think that the stl file of the base plate must be damaged because I have printed it 4 times and the printing fails towards the end in the finishing phase, does anyone have the corrected files?
PQuestion for everyone.. if I’m looking to increase the force required to pull back on the stick after recovering from a high speed dive, what settings would I tweak? I figured it would be inertia but that doesn’t seem to do it. Thanks in advance for any help!
NWhat sim? I'll assume DCS for the time being. The spring force, which is ultimately what controls how hard the stick is to manipulate, is completely controlled by the DCS native FFB implementation. You can adjust the spring force settings in configurator, but that will only affect the max range that the DCS FFB has to work with.
The G-Force effect in TelemFFB sort of does what your looking for by applying a constant force pulling the stick away from you as g forces increase, but its not really the same thing, and depending on how pitchy the aircraft is, it can result in some weird force oscillations.

PGood point thanks! I use it with MSFS and DCS primarily. I have the settings pretty well dialed in except for the amount of strength required under g. To your point - maybe I need to look at the g-force settings in TelemFFB.. If I adjust the spring force I think that stays the same whether under g or not right? Thanks so much for your help!
WHi all, I have a minor issue I was hoping to raise here. Effectively I'm having some kind of conflict with the VKB adapter and MSFS. Often times the VKB stick will disconnect when using MSFS, and I have to unplug and plug it back in to the VKB blackbox to get MSFS to recognise it again. This doesn't happen in DCS, X-Plane 11 or IL2 - only MSFS. I'm aware of conflict issues in the VPForce Rhino manual regaridng axes and trim, but this is specific to the VKB connection itself.
Once the stick disconnects, while I can still use the axes, I can use any of the buttons. It seems clear to me that there is some kind of software conflict, and I'm hoping someone here might know whats up!
Any help would be most appreciated.

Nknown issue with edge that nobody has found a solution to yet. Disabling web usb in the settings doesn't help.
BCan I safely ignore that popup and not open the browser? I think the answer is "yes" but want to confirm.
NYeah, it’s just a “convenience popup” (that should time out and disappear) in case you want to open the web-usb connection to the device. But you don’t need to unless you want to update the firmware.

TI am about to buy a VKB grip and figured the latest and greatest revision would be the one to get. But looking further into it, the Gunfighter base MkIII and MkIV have different physical connections, which isn't really a surprise. But what's important is that it looks like the VKB adapter available on the VPForce order form is only compatible with the MkIII version, rather than the MkiV version. So I'll buy this one:

OI'm also having problems with the latest version of TelemFFB (15 Mar release). It literally won't start for me - i get the spinning cursor and then nothing. Tried restarting PC and same result. The previous version (in the backup folder) still works fine. Any thoughts or ideas?

Vjust a small question...I have winwing adapter and winwing f16 grip....in the VPForce configurator the POV (trim hat) is reported as POV1 while in DCS (and also the other sims) is seen as POV4...is there a way to change that behaviour?

K@walmis So I have downloaded all the software and it appears to have made things worse. To begin, the stick when it powers up does not centre, so I’m unsure why that is. The emergency stop is not engaged or down. I have a winwing F-16 joystick and I wonder at the F18 joystick selection? I did note once when flying in DCS that I had roll control, but no pitch control in one of the jets. I’ve run that link you sent the button tester, and I’ve attached several screenshots to try and help solve whatever the issue is. The stick still does not recognise any of the joystick buttons. I wonder if I should uninstall the 2 VP force software and unplug and restart?

WThe first issue is that you cleared the settings to board defaults, that includes the calibration.
To recover you need to import the file

VYes that's my thought as well, but also in windows control panel if you move it, it is in green (pov1 is red usually) so something strange is going on (minor I know, but if solved I could keep 1 to 1 the same bindings as with my winwing base which I use as side stick)

GWas using the stick this morning all fine, just plugged it back in and now totally dead. Checked the PSU which is outputting 19v fine, but stick itself is dead, windows also doesn't recognise it being plugged in anymore.
Anything I can check, I'm pretty ok with electronics? Didn't want to go digging in straight away.

GLittle more checking, I get the beeps out of the base as I plug in the USB, but as above windows isn't seeing it and the joystick itself is limp like the stop button is pressed in.
WBeeping indicates that the mainboard is still working. Do the motors anti cogging work when you plug in the power?
