What sim? I'll assume DCS for the time being. The spring force, which is ultimately what controls how hard the stick is to manipulate, is completely controlled by the DCS native FFB implementation. You can adjust the spring force settings in configurator, but that will only affect the max range that the DCS FFB has to work with.

The G-Force effect in TelemFFB sort of does what your looking for by applying a constant force pulling the stick away from you as g forces increase, but its not really the same thing, and depending on how pitchy the aircraft is, it can result in some weird force oscillations.
